Regular price £2.50Join Open City's Golden Key Academy for a walking tour led by Golden Key Academy student Ibrahim, exploring Tottenham’s railway past and discover the stations, stories and people that helped shape the area we know today.
This walking tour delves into some of Tottenham’s forgotten railway history, from stations that once connected local communities to the streets and neighbourhoods that grew around them.
Along the way, we’ll uncover what these stations looked like, where they stood, why they mattered, and what became of them. But this isn’t just a tour about trains. It’s about the people who lived, worked and built their lives around these places, and how Tottenham has changed over generations.
With a mix of local history, forgotten stories, changing landscapes and a few things you might never have noticed before, the Lost Spots of Tottenham is a chance to see the area from a different perspective. It’s rail replacement, history and style.

Meet the tour guide…
Ibs is a North London–based comedian and freelance theatre practitioner making sharp, silly, people-first work. Their comedy blends observational chaos with personal storytelling about growing up, falling apart slightly, and laughing through it. A regular on the circuit, they run Durag NRG, a comedy night championing diverse acts and big energy, and have been praised by Beyond the Joke for their mix of heart and humour.
The Golden Key Academy is a course training up insightful and engaging guides dedicated to explaining London and bringing its many stories to life. This tour is part of a wider collection of tours created by Golden Key Academy guides for the Open House Festival celebrating their conclusion of the eight month course. This tour is running after the Open House Festival as the student was unavailable to complete their tours during the festival dates. Limited spaces. If you book a ticket to join us, we hope you enjoy the tour!
